Pretreat — apply a fabric-appropriate solution to soiled areas.
Agitate gently — work the treatment into the fibers.
Extract — rinse out loosened dirt and cleaning solution.
Rinse & groom — finish the fabric and explain drying instructions.

How long until I can use my sofa?

Most upholstery dries in 2–4 hours. The exact time depends on the fabric, room temperature and ventilation. Wait until the fabric is fully dry before using it.

Can you remove pet hair, stains and odors?

We vacuum out loose hair and dirt, then treat the stains and odors with a solution chosen for your fabric. Urine that has reached the cushion filling is a tougher job. Send a photo and tell us about the stain so we can discuss what is possible.

Can you clean cotton or linen upholstery?

We inspect the care label and test the fabric first. Cotton and linen may need different moisture levels, cleaning solutions and drying methods from synthetic upholstery. We explain the recommended method before cleaning.

What should I do before the appointment?

Remove blankets, toys and other small belongings from the furniture. Please tell us about any known spills, previous cleaning treatments or damaged fabric. We protect the surrounding floor before starting.
